This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features, and managing releases to ensure system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

The core responsibility involves independent work and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related problems are also expected.

Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools is beneficial. The role also requires the ability to analyze system performance, optimize resource utilization, and understand security frameworks and compliance requirements in cloud environments. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position.
