As an integral part of the team, you will operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert. Active participation in team discussions and contributing solutions to work-related challenges are expected.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues for optimal operation, and document configuration changes. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

A strong foundation in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is essential, including proficiency in CSM testing, ATF, and integration testing.

We are looking for candidates with a solid understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments. Experience with APIs, integration techniques, and low-code platforms is highly valued. The ability to manage software releases, ensure system stability, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to align technical solutions with business needs is crucial. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM is required.
