As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, you will configure and support applications, adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. Your role involves leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. This position requires active participation in team discussions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Independently perform tasks and develop expertise in packaged/SaaS applications. - Actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. - Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain system update records. - Assist and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with Anaplan is required. - Experience with Machine Learning (ML) is advantageous. - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization in packaged/SaaS environments. - Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for extending application capabilities. - Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements. - Experience managing software release cycles and version control is expected.
