Seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role focuses on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

Key responsibilities include independent performance and becoming a subject matter expert (SME). You will actively participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, documenting changes, and assisting junior team members are also integral parts of this role.

A strong proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), including HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events, is essential. Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, familiarity with APIs and integration techniques, and the ability to work with low-code/no-code tools are required. The role demands excellent problem-solving skills and an understanding of release management in SaaS environments. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD is necessary, along with 15 years of full-time education.
