A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) is essential.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is required.

Strong understanding of APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments is expected.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools is necessary.

Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability is crucial.

A total of 15 years of full-time education is a mandatory requirement.
