- Drive independent work and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and update knowledge bases for future reference. - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing valuable knowledge.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required, specifically in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet diverse business needs. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for seamless connection with enterprise systems. - Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for efficient application development and deployment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address application issues effectively. - Understanding of release management principles and best practices for software updates. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
