As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or software-as-a-service applications. Your role involves tailoring features to meet evolving business demands, managing application releases effectively, and ensuring overall system stability for seamless operations.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with business needs. This includes ensuring compatibility and optimizing performance while addressing technical challenges and enhancing application functionality through collaboration with various teams.

Take ownership of your work, aiming to become a subject matter expert. Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). Proficiency in configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications. Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for solution development. Proven ability to manage application releases and maintain system stability. Strong problem-solving skills for effective technical challenge resolution. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Requires 15 years of full-time education.
