Seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability using standard tools and low-code platforms.

This position requires a strong focus on SAP HCM Payroll, with expertise in remediation-focused engagements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep hands-on experience in payroll schema and PCR development, capable of analyzing and modifying payroll logic to meet business and legislative requirements.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll is required. - Must possess practical experience with PCRs, Schemas, and Wagetypes. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processing and compliance within SAP environments. - Experience in configuring payroll modules and integrating with other HCM components. - Proficiency in using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for application customization. - Skilled in troubleshooting payroll processing and system performance issues. - Familiarity with release management and ensuring system stability during updates. - Knowledge of application configuration and support processes is essential. - Experience with low-code platforms and APIs for integration is beneficial. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement adjustments. - Familiarity with project management methodologies is preferred.
