This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You'll adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and perform duties independently. - Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving. - Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Maintain and optimize existing software components for enhanced reliability. - Document development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing. - Mentor and support junior team members.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI). - Proven experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports. - Strong understanding of data modeling, transformation, and visualization techniques. - Ability to integrate data from diverse sources and optimize data workflows. - Familiarity with query languages for customization and automation. - Capability to troubleshoot data accuracy and reporting issues. - A completed 15 years of full-time education is required.
