- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Proven ability to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. - Proficiency in using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes. - Experience with system log analysis and performance metric evaluation. - Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
