Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer and play a key role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will be responsible for adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, you will align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance.

This role involves designing, developing, and configuring end-to-end ServiceNow Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions. You will implement order capture, decomposition, and orchestration plans, and configure the telecom product catalog and associated offerings. Responsibilities include building Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Activate journeys, aligning order objects with product and account models, and developing scripts, business rules, and scoped applications. Additionally, you will support catalog and order data migration, manage environment setup, and triage order management defects.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with primary expertise in Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT/SOMT). A strong hands-on experience in OMT/SOMT development and configuration on the ServiceNow platform is essential. You should possess in-depth knowledge of order capture, decomposition, orchestration, and the telecom product catalog, along with proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scoped application development. Working knowledge of CSM and CLM data concepts, IntegrationHub / REST / SOAP integrations, and Flow Designer automation is also required. Experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) concepts is beneficial. A full-time education of 15 years is a mandatory qualification.
