Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves managing features, releases, and system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The aim is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This position requires expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services. We are looking for individuals who can adapt application features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. The role is crucial in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Design and build robust Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for efficient data migration, handling both bulk and incremental loads. Develop scalable data loading solutions from Azure Blob Storage to Dataverse, Mambu, and Azure SQL. Create resilient migration processes with built-in retry and recovery mechanisms to ensure data integrity.

Optimize migration performance through strategic batching, parallelism, and workload tuning. Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, auditing, and reconciliation processes. Manage the execution of migrations during testing, dress rehearsals, and production cutover phases. Collaborate effectively with Data Architects, Data Quality teams, Test Teams, and Business SMEs to ensure project success. Provide support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and migration reporting activities. Ensure strict adherence to security, governance, and operational standards.

A minimum of 6 years in Data Engineering or Data Migration is required, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Azure Data Factory. Candidates should have proven experience loading millions of records into cloud platforms and familiarity with API-based integrations and cloud-native architectures.

Essential experience includes supporting migration testing, dress rehearsals, and production cutover activities. A strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Data Services is a must. While not mandatory, experience with Mambu Core Banking, Dynamics 365 migrations, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Platform, Databricks, and knowledge of the Financial Services/Banking domain are considered advantageous. Exposure to K2View, Data Quality, and Data Governance practices is also a plus.
