We are seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability.

Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that align with business needs while maintaining optimal compatibility and performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).

Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow ITSM implementations and integrations. Design, develop, and execute manual test cases, covering functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing.

Verify workflow configurations, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and integrations. Perform end-to-end testing across ServiceNow and integrated third-party systems. Identify, document, and track defects, then retest resolutions.

Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to resolve issues. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog grooming. Prepare comprehensive test execution reports and quality metrics. Support release validation and production deployment activities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management is essential. A strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in Manual Testing and a proven track record of testing ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows. Familiarity with Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog processes is crucial.

Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test data is expected. Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and API testing concepts is also necessary. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are fundamental for this role. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite.
