As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will independently manage tasks and actively participate in team discussions. Your contributions will be crucial in problem-solving and providing effective solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements, ensuring optimal system functionality.

Key responsibilities include monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues to maintain optimal system functionality. You will document all configuration changes and maintain detailed records for knowledge sharing and compliance. Assisting junior team members through guidance and sharing best practices is also a core part of this role. Continuous evaluation of new tools and technologies is expected to improve application management and deployment processes.

Expected contributions involve active participation and contribution in team discussions. You will provide solutions to work-related problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues are vital to maintain optimal system functionality.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is a mandatory requirement for this role. You should also possess experience with cloud-based application deployment and release management. A robust understanding of application lifecycle management and configuration management is essential. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques is necessary to connect various software components effectively.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Microsoft Azure DevOps. A 15-year full-time education is required. This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location in Hyderabad.
