- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform duties independently. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide solutions for work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement application improvements. - Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. - Document all configuration changes meticulously for audit and compliance. - Mentor and assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Minimum 3 years of experience is required, specifically in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). - A strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management is essential. - Proficiency in using APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems. - Familiarity with low-code platforms for customizing and extending application functionality. - Ability to analyze system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions for stability. - Excellent problem-solving skills to effectively address technical challenges and optimize application behavior. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is a mandatory qualification.
