Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer and play a key role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will be instrumental in adapting features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability of our systems. This role involves leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

Take ownership of your work and strive to become a subject matter expert. Actively contribute to team discussions and provide innovative solutions to challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement impactful application enhancements. Monitor application performance, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes and system modifications. Share your expertise and guide junior team members on best practices.

A strong command of Python (Programming Language) is essential for this role. Demonstrate a solid understanding of SaaS application architecture and deployment methodologies. Previous experience with API integrations and connecting third-party services is beneficial. Familiarity with low-code platforms for customizing packaged software is a plus. Possess strong problem-solving skills to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve application issues. Knowledge of release management processes and version control systems is required. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for 5 years. A foundational education of 15 full-time years is necessary.
