- Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is essential. - Proficiency in Agentforce is required. - Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI and AI Agents & Workflow Integration is advantageous. - Strong understanding of application configuration and release management. - Experience using APIs and low-code platforms for customization. - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Knowledge of software lifecycle management and version control.
