You will gather requirements from cross-functional teams, implement application enhancements, and monitor performance to troubleshoot issues proactively. Maintaining documentation for configurations and knowledge bases is also part of the role, along with mentoring junior team members.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically with Microsoft Copilot Studio. A comprehensive 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications, a solid understanding of APIs and integration techniques, and proficiency with low-code development platforms. Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential for success.
