We are seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer with a strong foundation in ServiceNow. Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements is essential.

Proficiency in utilizing APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments is required. Candidates should be comfortable working with low-code platforms for application development and deployment. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for addressing technical challenges and optimizing system performance. Familiarity with release management processes for SaaS applications is also beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is mandatory, along with 15 years of full-time education.
