As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your day-to-day will involve tailoring features to evolving business requirements and ensuring the overall stability of the system. You will work with various tools and platforms to deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.

Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities. You are expected to become a subject matter expert and contribute significantly to team discussions and problem-solving.

- Independently perform duties and become a subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. - Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base. - Mentor and guide junior team members.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is mandatory. - Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is required. - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows. - Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications. - A full-time education of 15 years is required.
