Seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role involves tailoring features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while preserving compatibility and performance.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience is required, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration, is essential. Solid understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes is necessary. Demonstrated ability to work with APIs and low-code development tools to extend application functionality. Familiarity with IT service management concepts and their application within packaged systems is expected. A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory qualification.
