As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. Your role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while meticulously preserving compatibility and performance.

Work with ServiceNow Portal and possess proven hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), focusing on Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation. Demonstrate strong experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows. Configure and support the lifecycle of simple and complex products, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules. Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory. Handle attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services. Integrate SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware. Possess a working understanding of Logik CPQ, including product catalog configuration, product modeling, and configuration of complex products, bundles, and commercial offers. Understand CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, pricing logic, and the Quote-to-Order handover into Order Management. Be aware of Logik Open APIs (REST) and how CPQ integrates with ServiceNow, including basic troubleshooting of CPQ integrations. Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery teams, including refinement of features into user stories is essential. Fluent English is required, with German being a plus.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required for this role. Must have a strong command of ServiceNow. Preferred Skills: Telecommunications industry experience, with a strong understanding of Order Management, Order Activation, and Service Fulfillment processes; Hands-on Logik CPQ implementation experience and integration of Logik CPQ with ServiceNow SOMT; ServiceNow Product Catalog Management and telecommunications product catalog management; Integration with CRM, Product Catalog, OSS/BSS, and provisioning systems; Familiarity with TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID, Open APIs); Experience with ServiceNow Playbook and IntegrationHub; Knowledge of Product Inventory and Service Inventory concepts. Preferred Certifications: SOMT Accreditation, ServiceNow CIS certifications (or other relevant ServiceNow implementation certification); TM Forum or telecommunications-related certifications are a plus.
