This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs. Responsibilities include managing application releases, maintaining system stability, and leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for effective solutions. The goal is to align solutions with business objectives while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM). Candidates should possess proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, along with familiarity with APIs and integration techniques. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid development is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of software release management are essential.

A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position. This role is based in our Bengaluru office.
