- Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is mandatory. - Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. - Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within ServiceNow. - Proficiency in using low-code platforms for application development and deployment. - Strong problem-solving abilities for technical challenges and system optimization. - Knowledge of release management processes and SaaS best practices. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
