As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will independently configure and support applications, aiming to become a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities include active participation in team discussions, contributing to solutions for work-related challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.

Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and documenting configuration changes are essential. You will also assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

A strong proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) is essential for this role.

We are seeking candidates with a solid understanding of IT service management processes and best practices, along with experience in API integration and utilizing low-code development platforms.

Candidates should possess the ability to analyze system logs, excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM. A 15-year full-time education is also a requirement.
