Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer specializing in Salesforce Agentforce. This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. As a senior developer, you will contribute to the design, build, and configuration of intelligent agent-based solutions using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes, supporting the development and deployment of Salesforce agents aligned with business requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce agents using Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes. You will build agent workflows, prompts, and orchestration logic, developing supporting Salesforce components with Apex, LWC, and Flows. Collaboration with functional teams to understand agent use cases, integrating Agentforce with Salesforce data and external systems, and participating in technical discussions are essential. Adherence to Agentforce implementation standards and best practices, assisting in testing and deployment, supporting defect resolution, and documenting agent configurations are also expected. Continuous learning of new Agentforce features and AI capabilities is encouraged.

This role demands strong Salesforce development fundamentals coupled with hands-on experience in Agentforce capabilities. Essential technical skills include Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. Basic hands-on exposure to Agentforce and Agentforce Vibes is required, along with an understanding of conversational AI fundamentals. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques, along with knowledge of Salesforce security, the sharing model, and governor limits, is necessary. The ability to develop maintainable and scalable solutions, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are crucial. A minimum of 3-5 years of Salesforce experience is required, with prior experience in Agentforce implementation projects being advantageous. Experience working in Agile teams is also beneficial. A mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
