As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. This involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring robust system stability. You'll leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to effectively align solutions with business needs, all while preserving compatibility and performance. This role requires active engagement with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement efficient solutions that boost user experience and operational effectiveness.

Expected to independently become a subject matter expert, actively participating and contributing to team discussions. You will be instrumental in providing solutions to work-related challenges. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications is key. Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues to guarantee optimal functionality are also core responsibilities.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms and services, along with a solid understanding of application integration and deployment processes, is essential. Familiarity with low-code development environments and the ability to analyze and optimize application performance are also expected. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this role.
