Join us as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This role requires strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, and Azure PaaS. You'll be instrumental in CRM customization, cloud integrations, and solution design, ensuring scalable and secure implementations that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, building plugins and workflows with C#/.NET, and designing/developing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.

You will implement integrations using Azure PaaS services, design secure and scalable architectures (RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault), and prepare high-level and low-level design documentation. Support for CI/CD, code reviews, deployment processes, stakeholder collaboration, and team mentoring are also essential parts of this role.

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical professional with at least 3-5 years of experience. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development, expertise in C#, .NET, and Web API integrations.

Solid experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure PaaS with cloud-based integrations is required. A good understanding of Dataverse and the CRM security model, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, is also crucial for success in this position.
