Seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This role focuses on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability through standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, building plugins and workflows using C#/.NET, and designing Power Apps and Power Automate flows. You will implement integrations using Azure PaaS services, design secure and scalable architectures, and prepare technical documentation. Collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring team members, and supporting CI/CD processes are also vital aspects of this role.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a preference for 2-5 years. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development, expertise in C#, .NET, and Web API integrations. Solid experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure PaaS for cloud-based integrations is crucial.
