As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. Your role will involve adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that align with business needs while maintaining excellent compatibility and performance.

This role emphasizes independent work and developing expertise in specific application areas. Active participation in team discussions and contributing to problem-solving are core aspects of this position. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to gathering requirements and translating them into effective application configurations.

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features and manage releases. Ensure the stability and performance of the system. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver business-aligned solutions. Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality. Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

A strong command of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of the software asset lifecycle management and compliance processes. Prior experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs is required. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is beneficial. Experience working with low-code platforms for developing and enhancing application features is expected. Excellent problem-solving skills are necessary to efficiently identify and resolve technical challenges. A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is mandatory. This position requires 15 years of full-time education.
