This role involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features, manage releases, and ensure overall system stability. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, carefully preserving compatibility and performance.

Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to grasp business requirements. You'll use standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, ensuring optimal application performance that meets user expectations. Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain system integrity and performance are key components of this role, contributing directly to project success.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you are expected to operate independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).

Key responsibilities include active participation and contribution in team discussions, providing effective solutions to work-related problems, and assisting in the documentation of application configurations and processes for knowledge sharing.

Continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications is also a crucial aspect of this position.

A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in SAP EWM is required.

Strong proficiency in SAP EWM and SAP TM Transportation Management is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of application configuration and management, along with experience using low-code platforms and APIs for application integration.

The candidate should have a 15-year full-time education background. This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
