Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and supporting packaged or software-as-a-service applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. This role aligns solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Wealth Management advisory solutions and a passion for optimizing application performance. You'll play a key role in ensuring our systems meet evolving business demands efficiently.

Key responsibilities include acting as a Wealth Management Tool Avaloq Tester to support various initiatives. You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Managing and tracking test assets, execution, and automation using Test Master is crucial. Collaboration with multiple teams ensures timely issue resolution and successful project delivery. Active participation in Agile ceremonies and contributions to continuous process improvement are also expected.

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Wealth Management and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Test Master Automation. A solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, coupled with experience in Agile/Scrum environments, is essential. Familiarity with defect and test management processes is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are critical. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience in test reporting, dashboards, and metrics analysis is a plus, as is exposure to application testing and quality engineering practices. Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps is also beneficial.
