As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will play a key role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. This role requires a strong foundation in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. Essential technical proficiencies include Ab Initio, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Apache Spark. A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is expected, with a specific emphasis on 4-5 years in Ab Initio. You should possess a deep understanding of data integration and processing techniques pertinent to packaged applications. Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for customization and extension of application capabilities is also highly valued.
Key qualifications include the ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics for efficient issue resolution, and familiarity with release management processes and version control systems. Excellent problem-solving skills are crucial, with a commitment to delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this position. The successful candidate will be expected to perform independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively participate in team discussions, contributing solutions to complex problems.
