This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will tailor features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. The position requires leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to create solutions that meet business needs while maintaining performance and compatibility.

This is an onsite position based in Pune.

- Take ownership of tasks and develop expertise in the application domain. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for optimization. - Document all configuration changes and system modifications meticulously. - Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, specifically in Python. - Strong understanding of SaaS application architecture and deployment. - Experience with API integrations and third-party service connectivity. - Familiarity with low-code platforms for customizing packaged software. - Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Knowledge of release management processes and version control is essential. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
