Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, adapting features to meet evolving business needs. Manage application releases and ensure overall system stability and performance. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for solution development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement enhancements. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system reliability. Document configuration changes and contribute to the knowledge base. Assist junior team members through knowledge sharing and guidance.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a focus on ServiceNow App Engine. Proficiency in configuring and customizing applications using low-code platforms is essential. Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques is necessary. Ability to manage application releases and perform system upgrades is required. Strong problem-solving skills are crucial for effectively addressing technical challenges. Understanding of system stability and performance optimization practices is expected. This role requires a candidate with 15 years of full-time education.
