Configure and maintain packaged or SaaS applications to align with specific business requirements and optimize functionality. Manage application releases, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption to users. Uphold system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and support activities. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop and implement effective software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications and ensure compatibility across different systems. Enhance application features and workflows based on feedback and changing business demands.

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management is essential. Proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro, including license management, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance reporting. Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform. Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Software Normalization for accurate software inventory. Familiarity with license workflows, allocation, reclamation, and publisher pack configurations. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer). Knowledge of software audit processes and vendor compliance for major publishers like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Adobe is required. Completion of 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
