This Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. The engineer will tailor features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. The goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

This is an onsite position based in Hyderabad, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. A full-time education of 15 years is also a prerequisite for this role.

- Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert. - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering and application enhancements. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Document configuration changes and system modifications. - Assist junior team members with knowledge sharing and best practices.

- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence. - Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications. - Familiarity with standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms for application customization. - Proven ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability. - Strong problem-solving skills for effective technical challenge resolution. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
