Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer and play a key role in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will be instrumental in adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability. This position leverages standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility.

In this role, you will be expected to operate independently and develop deep expertise. Active participation and contribution to team discussions are essential. You will also be responsible for providing effective solutions to work-related challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system reliability are core duties. You will also document configuration changes, manage knowledge repositories, and assist junior team members.

This position requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular, coupled with experience in front-end frameworks and component-based architecture. A solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques, as well as the ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools for application customization, is expected. Knowledge of version control systems and release management processes is also required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) Angular is mandatory. Candidates should have completed 15 years of full-time education.
