Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous monitoring of application health are key aspects of this position. - Minimum 2-5 years of experience is required. - Must have proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows. - Experience with APIs and integration techniques. - Familiarity with low-code platforms for customization. - Ability to manage software releases and perform impact analysis. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application performance issues. - Completion of 15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
