Seeking a skilled Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support applications, manage releases, and ensure system stability. This role leverages standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and adapt applications accordingly.

The engineer will also work on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and documenting configuration changes. Assisting junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices is also expected.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). - Strong understanding of IT service management processes. - Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules. - Ability to work with APIs and integrate systems. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues within packaged or SaaS applications. - 15 years of full-time education required.
