Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications, tailoring features to meet dynamic business requirements.

Manage application releases and ensure the overall stability and performance of the system.

Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational goals.

Preserve application compatibility and optimize system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor, enhance, and troubleshoot application functionality.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), including license management, entitlements, reconciliation, and compliance reporting.

Proven experience configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

Strong working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Software Normalization for accurate software inventory management.

Familiarity with software audit processes and vendor compliance requirements for major publishers like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and Adobe.

A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
