This role involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. The focus is on adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability. The primary responsibility is for the ServiceNow platform.

This Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer position is a full-time opportunity. A minimum of two years of experience is required for this role. The candidate will work in Bengaluru.

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features and manage releases. Ensure overall system stability through effective configuration and support. Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to meet business requirements. Maintain application compatibility and optimize performance. Implement and configure ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), focusing on Order Management, Orchestration, and Activation. Develop and manage workflows for order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation. Configure and support the lifecycle of products, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules. Manage the end-to-end transaction lifecycle from Opportunity to Product Inventory. Perform attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services. Integrate SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware. Work with Logik CPQ for product catalog configuration and product modeling. Configure complex products, bundles, and commercial offers within CPQ. Implement CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, and pricing logic. Ensure a seamless Quote-to-Order handover into Order Management. Troubleshoot CPQ integrations with ServiceNow.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is mandatory. Requires 15 years of full-time education. Must have proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM/SOMT), with a primary focus on Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation. Strong experience with order decomposition, orchestration, fulfillment, and activation workflows is essential. Proficiency in configuring and supporting the lifecycle of simple and complex products, bundles, promotions, and pricing rules is required. Experience with the end-to-end transaction lifecycle across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory is necessary. Solid understanding of attribute mapping between commercial and technical products/services is expected. Experience integrating SOM/SOMT with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware is needed. A working understanding of Logik CPQ, including product catalog configuration and product modeling, is required. Ability to configure complex products, bundles, and commercial offers within CPQ is crucial. A working understanding of CPQ configuration rules, validation rules, dependencies, pricing logic, and the Quote-to-Order handover into Order Management is necessary. Awareness of Logik Open APIs (REST) and how CPQ integrates with ServiceNow, including basic troubleshooting of CPQ integrations, is expected. Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery teams, including refinement of features into user stories, is required. Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
