Seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer to configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications. This role involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring overall system stability.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions to meet diverse business needs. A key focus will be on preserving compatibility and maintaining optimal system performance across all applications.

This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, contributing actively to team discussions and problem-solving. You'll be expected to develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and take ownership of your work.

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs. Preserve compatibility and maintain optimal system performance. Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience. Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a strong emphasis on ASP.NET MVC. A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.

Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC is essential for this position.

While not mandatory, experience with cloud-based application deployment is beneficial. A solid understanding of web application architecture and design patterns is expected. Familiarity with database management systems and SQL is advantageous. Experience using version control systems such as Git is a plus.
