As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. This involves adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring system stability.

You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, maintaining optimal compatibility and performance.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically with ServiceNow.

Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert, actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements, while monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues.

Document configuration changes, maintain system records, and assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Must have strong proficiency in ServiceNow, with experience in configuring and customizing its modules. Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow is essential.

Demonstrated ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms for application development and deployment. Possess strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of release management processes for packaged applications.

A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is required. This position is based at our Pune office and necessitates 15 years of full-time education.
