As a Subject Matter Expert, you will collaborate with and guide the team to ensure high performance and effective execution. You will be responsible for making key team decisions and contributing to critical decisions across multiple departments. Your role will involve providing innovative solutions to complex problems, both for your immediate team and across the organization. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to foster team growth and continuously monitor application performance, implementing adjustments to enhance functionality.

This role requires a strong command of Databricks Unity Catalog and a minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in this area. You should possess a robust understanding of application configuration and support best practices. Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities is essential. Experience managing application releases and updates is also crucial. Candidates must be willing to work in rotating shifts (A, B, and C) and have completed 15 years of full-time education. A minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the field is mandatory.
