Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, focusing on configuring and maintaining packaged or SaaS applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability.

This role involves leveraging standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to develop solutions that meet business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compatibility. A key aspect is aligning technical solutions with overarching organizational goals.

As an integral part of the team, you will be expected to operate independently and develop into a subject matter expert.

Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement application improvements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability.

Document all configuration changes and contribute to the team's knowledge base. Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

A strong command of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is essential.

Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to align with business objectives is required. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems is beneficial. Proficiency in using low-code platforms for rapid development and deployment is also expected.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges and enhance system functionality are crucial. Understanding of software release management and version control processes is necessary. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is also a requirement.
