This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. The Application Engineer will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms, the goal is to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions using IBM Maximo. Develop and maintain functional/technical design documentation. Provide technical guidance and support during implementation. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance. Involvement in presales and asset development is also expected.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in IBM Maximo is required. Strong knowledge of EAM and Inventory Management processes is essential. Experience with MAS 8 upgrades and MAS 8 Mobile Solution development is a must. Familiarity with Java, Python, SQL, and web technologies is beneficial. A deep understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies is expected, along with experience in Maximo customizations, integrations, and industry solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.
