Drive innovation as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer. This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs. You will manage releases, maintain system stability, and leverage tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to deliver robust solutions.

Become a subject matter expert and independently drive tasks. Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high availability. Document configurations and assist in maintaining knowledge bases. Mentor junior team members and continuously explore new technologies to optimize support processes.

Demonstrated proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential. Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment is required. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques for packaged and SaaS applications is beneficial. Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms for customization and the ability to monitor/optimize system performance in cloud environments are key. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to effectively address technical challenges.
