This role focuses on configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications. You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to meet business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement to support seamless service operations.

Oversee the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. Monitor system performance, address issues, and coordinate with teams for service reliability. Manage delivery aspects of operations, ensuring processes align with organizational standards and client expectations. Configure mailbox-level policies and folder-specific rules within the Exchange Admin Center. Automate retention policy assignments and bulk updates using PowerShell scripting.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Exchange Online is mandatory. A 15-year full-time education is required. Proficiency in Exchange Admin Center (EAC), PowerShell Scripting, and Outlook Client Knowledge is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk assessment and policy optimization, are needed. Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR and HIPAA, along with information governance principles, is crucial. Experience with audit and reporting is also required.
