As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, your role is pivotal in configuring and maintaining packaged or cloud-based applications. You'll adapt features, manage releases, and ensure robust system stability, using standard tools and APIs to meet business needs while preserving optimal performance.

This position requires a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including customization through workflows, process builders, and Lightning components. You will also leverage your expertise in Salesforce integration techniques, Apex classes, triggers, and declarative development tools. Familiarity with release management and version control in Salesforce environments is crucial for success in this role.

Independently perform tasks and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) while actively contributing to team discussions and problem-solving efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality, and document all configuration changes meticulously.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them on best practices, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development is mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Salesforce customization, integration techniques, and Apex development.

Demonstrated experience with declarative development tools, low-code platforms within Salesforce, and release management processes is expected. A 15-year full-time education is required for this role.
